Skotteksgården has always been a family-run business – shaped by heart, togetherness, and personal commitment. Johanna and Günter Ellinger manage the campsite with great passion and a keen sense for their guests. They are supported by their family, who actively help out and make Skotteksgården what it is today: a place with a personal atmosphere and genuine warmth.
In summer, the family grows even larger: the two daughters regularly visit Sweden together with their families. The grandchildren are also part of it and even help out actively in the summer operations at times – turning Skotteksgården into a lively place where several generations work and live together.
The family is closely connected to the site throughout the year – in summer directly on site in Sweden, and in winter in their second home Tyrol in Austria. This special connection between two countries is also reflected in their hospitality: open, warm, and always personal.
For the Ellinger family, one thing is at the heart of it all: every guest should feel welcome and experience their stay as something truly special. Many visitors arrive as guests – and leave as friends.
