Skotteksgården is located at the outskirts of the small town of Ulricehamn. Ulricehamn is situated about 100 km east of Gothenburg and is part of the Sjuhärad landscape. Lake Åsunden, which stretches right into town, contributes to a comfortable and stress-free stay all year round. The airport Gothenborg-Landvetter is located approx. 1 hour west of Ulricehamn and can easily be reached on the motorway. There you have the possibility to rent a car.
There are several possibilities to cross the Baltic Sea. You even can travel without using a ferry by choosing the trip via the bridges Flensburg-Nyborg-Kopenhagen-Malmö. However, these are partly subject to a fee.

From the ferry ports Trelleborg, Malmo and Helsingborg it is 300 to 350 km to Ulricehamn. You can choose between the route via the E6 motorway passing Gothenburg or you can take the slightly shorter route via the well-developed road E4 passing either Tranemo or Jönköping. The ferry port Gothenburg is 150 km on the highway 40. Ulricehamn is just off the highway 40 between Borås and Jönköping. Skotteksgården can be found at the south end of town along the route 157.
